At each event there will be:

  • A minimum of 70 tables available for quality, handcrafted, arts & crafts
  • Food and produce stalls
  • ​Psychic & Well-Being Area
  • Adult entertainment
  • Children's entertainment
  • Food Court in the courtyard - see details further down the page to whet your appetite!

We have hired the Gateway and courtyard plus several of the modern and well-equipped rooms that are named after well-known figures.
In the separate suites and the courtyard there will be additional, seasonal, genres of exhibitors at each event.

There will be a small entrance charge for visitors of £3.00, under 16 years free at each fair.

Founded in 1958, Kent Wildlife Trust are a registered charity and the leading conservation organisation covering the whole of Kent and Medway, dedicated to protecting wildlife and wild habitats for everyone to enjoy.
We will be supporting the Kent Wildlife Trust Charity at this event who will receive a percentage of the admission charge.​​

Pippa Winslow and James Shannon
Pippa Winslow is an American actress and singer currently living and performing in the UK. She recently finished touring the UK with The Sound of Music and has appeared in the West End in A Tale of Two Cities, Legacy Falls, Strangers on a Train, Other Dessert Cities and Buried Child. She played Carlotta in the UK premiere of Yestin/Kopit’s Phantom and Violet in the UK fringe premiere of 9 to 5. She is a frequent cabaret artist receiving reviews including: “Winslow's luxurious voice and Jerry Hall looks make her irresistible...” - GScene Magazine;  ““Pippa held the audience in the palm of her hand with her great humor and her natural gift of enchanting a crowd” - Surrey Life; “Pippa dazzled the audience from start to finish” - A Younger Theatre; “Winslow knows how to ‘wow’ her audience through natural ease with both comedy and song” – West End Wilma.
James Shannon is a solo guitarist based in Godalming, Surrey. A graduate of the prestigious Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, James has spent years developing his amazing talent. He plays both jazz guitar and an electric nylon string guitar which adds variety to his performing. He is a specialist in the thumb picking guitar style popularized by Chet Atkins. Reviews include: “Shannon’s moody finger-style arrangements breathe even more life into the songs” – Essential Surrey; “Superb accompaniment and jazz arrangements” – RemoteGoat; “The guitar of James Shannon is subtle, moody and just right throughout” – Gscene Magazine.
Pippa and James have toured the southern UK with their show You Give Me Fever by Jack Lynch, a retelling of the Phaedra myth interwoven with jazz standards. It is made up of a series of toys (boat, car, train, etc.) which all youngsters will recognise - and as it goes round and round parents can easily see the pleasure on their youngsters face.
